A bitter Smokebock matured for weeks in ancient Schlenkerla rock-cellars underneath Bamberg. Tapped freshly from the oakwood cask and the Schlenkerla brewery pub. It is a rich and smoky, with deep notes of roasted malt, caramel, and campfire wood balanced by a smooth, slightly sweet finish.
